sleepy and wake up toes at the dentist

we started off last weekend on friday with our 6 month checkup at the dentist.  emily did so well this time.  we had the sweetest lady who took em's x-rays.  for the record, this is the 3rd time they've tried to take x-rays, and the first truly successful one.  they were able to get some last time, but those were pretty bad.

this tech was a little tpt and probably a chain smoker, but she was surprisingly great with em.  (sorry, was that judgment?).  still, i could tell em was nervous.  see if you can tell how: 

look at those toes.  she has some of the funniest coping mechanisms.  remember the jazz hands her first visit?

this time we get sleepy toes.

and...wake up toes!

we head back to the dentist's office this afternoon to see if we can get an impression for her tooth ring (a palette expander to correct her cross bite).  wish us luck, please!
