once upon a time

the theme at camp for the past 2 weeks has been "once upon a time".

as in, once upon a time, there was a princess kitten who wore a flower on her forehead

she was sad when she came home and found that the queen had to work late and would not be home until after she went to bed.  and so she pouted.

but the next day was the ball.  and the princess was happy again.

the prince was so smitten with his princess.

 the princess's suitors:

 at home at the castle, his royal highness was getting his much needed rest.

and they all lived happily ever after.

(i realize that this post is extremely cheesy, and frankly, doesn't flow very well.  if i weren't in holiday mode, i'd go back, delete, and revise.   instead, i'm publishing it in hopes that you will just look at the pictures)
