emily could not get enough of her ong and ba this weekend ("they are my grandma and grandpa").

maybe it's because ong has an ipad, too, and lets her watch justin bieber whenever she wants.

regardless, i am forever grateful that my parents are so close to her and love her so much. i imagine there is nothing else like the love between a grandparent and their grandbaby.

p.s. i've gone to the dark side. that is a purple tinkerbell t-shirt. i bought it to bribe her to use the potty at home and not just at school. the only thing it did was cause a meltdown when i told her she couldn't have it yet. so now she's a disney-character-t-shirt-wearing-almost-3-year-old who wears beauty and the beast pull-ups. please do NOT take this as a sign that i will allow my child to wear other character clothing. this, like the crocs, was just a temporary lapse in my judgment.
