Em's 9 month stats

This is Em after we got back from the doctor's office. She had to have some blood work done to test for anemia and lead poisoning; this involved a prick of her toe and several minutes of squeezing and blotting her blood onto some paper and then into a small vial. She did not cry one bit. She didn't even make a peep. What bothered her most was the darn bandaid they put on her big toe afterwards. Hence the look on her face above...she's not thrilled that we won't let her pull it off. Still, I just loved the picture so had to post it.

Now onto the important stuff. She's 19 lbs 3 oz (50th percentile) and 27 inches (30th percentile). She's still heavier than she is tall, but "perfect", as her doctor put it. I would miss all those rolls if they went away!
