just thought i would share of the recent pictures of em that were taken at school recently. since she is very selective in the things she reports about, this is a way for me to see what they've been up to!
this picture was taken during the first week of school. she was already loving it!
when the kids receive 10 compliments (like for walking nicely down the hall, etc) from other teachers/school administration, they get a popcorn party. you can't see em's bowl, but i'm certain there is little popcorn and lots of gummies and chocolate chips.
please look at her belt. it's gold glitter. she insisted on wearing it with her dress and daddy gave in. on another note, d is doing so much better on her hair these days!
they learned about native americans and pilgrims in november. "mommy, did you know that native americans ate buffalo, deer, and fish?"
i know. so cute.
emily is ariel. no surprise that she chose to be a princess.
last week, the kids had a christmas workshop. they all sang songs, decorated gingerbread houses, and made hot cocoa. this week is their christmas chapel. it's going to be held in the sanctuary, the same one where d and i were married and where em and aaron were baptized. i'm pretty sure i might cry.
we have been up to lots lately, and i am so behind on posting about them (story of my life at baby em). hopefully i will do better since i don't want to forget anything during this busy holiday season. come back to visit soon!
