big day people

em let me pick out her dress this morning, i snuck on a bow (i'm still not sure whether she knows it's there or not), and she agreed to put on matching shoes.  we had to document this moment as they are far and few between these days.

she insisted on posing with tanner and her 2 strawberry shortcake dolls (from the easter bunny)

i also have to add that i told her i had a strawberry shortcake doll when i was little and that her breath smelled like strawberries.  em was so excited to find that her dolls smell good, too.  each time she picks them up, she takes a big whiff of them to make sure they still smell yummy.
