dewberry farm

on sunday, we took the babies out to dewberry farm. it was a pretty interesting place (this coming from a city girl). emily went on her first pony ride. in the past, she's always been too scared. she fed more goats. (this time, with her bare hands as opposed to with a shovel or a cup like at the texas fair). she rode the cow train (the cutest train ever) and a horse/tire swing. as well as another strange swing type contraption. she pretty much loved every second of the afternoon. although she loved her (weird) watermelon flavored, jelly bean shaped lollipop a little less than everything else. took a few licks and told me to throw it in the basura. haha.

we didn't take the big wagon over to the pumpkin patch, and i'm kind of regretting it now. at the time, however, i was way too hot and didn't want the dust sticking to me. i mean, emily. and getting in her eyes. yes, that is why we skipped the pumpkin patch.

dylan named his favorite horse blackie.

here's jason showing me his treasures. he looked so stinking cute that day, i'm surprised he made it out of there with both cheeks.
